UHMWPE does not absorb moisture like Kevlar. Your panels will not degrade in humidity, sweat, or rain. That is why the warranty is ten years and not five.

Yes. Body armor is legal in all 50 states for civilians. Some states restrict ownership for people with felony convictions. Check your local laws.

Level IIIA stops handgun rounds (up to .44 Magnum) and uses soft panels. Level III+ stops rifle rounds and uses hard plates in a carrier. Level IV stops armor-piercing rifle rounds and also uses hard plates.

Remove the panels from the carrier shirt. Machine wash the carrier on cold, tumble dry low. Wipe the panels with a damp cloth. Do not machine wash the panels.

One carrier shirt with two UHMWPE ballistic panels already inside, held by Velcro. Front and back protection, ready to wear. Nothing to assemble.
